6-9 months to heal
Use H2 Ocean or Dial anti-bactirial soap & Bactine) twice a day and anytime the piercing gets crusty. 1 week after you get the piercing used Sea Salt in a small plastic cup ( about 2 ounces of water and a ½ teaspoon of seasalt ) mix well and hold it over the area for 20 minutes. Do this anytime the piercing slightly infected or seeps a lot.

Nostril:

Dial Anti-Bactirial Soap
Bactine  ( from Walgreens )

Clean twice a day  Use soap and warm water in the morning and at night , carry the bactine around with you and use it on your piercing a couple of times a day .

You have to wait two (2) month to change the jewelry
Do not buy cheap jewelry !
 

Tongue:
Rinse your mouth everytime you eat , drink or smoke .

No dairy products, beer or wine,

Nothing with live yeast or cultures (you will get a yeast infection )

Take Ibuprophen 200 mg per 50 lbs of body weight every 4 hours for the next week

Drink Cold water with ice chips .

Do not suck on the barbell or play with it .

No kissing , oral sex

You have to wait two weeks to change the barbell !
